“From the get go Claudia was so friendly and caring. She always went above and beyond when she was looking after our dog spending time to brush her and give her some food. Claudia always messaged me in the evening to let me know how they had got on in the day, sometimes sending me the route she had walked which was great. Many times we had to change times and days around at short notice and Claudia was really understanding and flexible. Our dog loved her and we knew that she was always in good hands when we weren’t there. It was great to be able to go to work knowing that Claudia would take brilliant care of her. We were really sad when we moved away and Claudia couldn’t be our dog walker anymore. We highly recommend her.“
